Welcome to Konsyg. As a trainee in Konsyg, Konsyg will make sure to equip you with the right skills and mindset required before entering the work force. Listed below are essentially the tasks that you will be doing in order to help you familiarize yourself with the work working ways of Konsyg.

At Konsyg, besides training, you are expected to list your log in and out timing along with the details and jobs you have done over the day. The post is to be posted in a predesignated slack channel.


Day 1:

Induction:

Introduction to Accounts / Team Leader:

Product Knowledge//Self Study

-Playbook, Website, value proposing

Introduction to Ops

-Introduction to End of Day(EOD) procedures


Calling- The Konsyg way

-Learn proper calling techniques
-Introduction to calling tools
-Guide to sheet tagging
-Learning email templates
-Briefing on the expected Key performance indicators

Day 2

Catch up with Team Lead

-What happened on the last day

Product Knowledge

-Introduction to the playbook,
-Getting product knowledge from team member
-Value proposition

Caller Trainings

-Listening to previous call recordings for reference
-Mock calls done for practice
-Konsyg Strategy on calling
-Learning how to handling questions and how to ask questions
-Going through the sheets with Callers/List building

Gatekeeper training

-Getting passed the gatekeepers

Skill Training

-Listening to the Unikorn Videos
-Sheet Training
-Role Play calls
-Call Flow Writing
-Go to Calling tool and listen to past calls
-Introduction to company emails, Linkedin, working sheet, tagging policy
