2021: Konsyg takes the stand.
Konsyg took the chance to break into the market while studying trends and people. The struggle was worth it and if you ever ask our team if we would go through the tough process again, we would say YES a hundred times.

2021 was a confusing year for the sales industry. Many thought the pandemic would highly affect sales due to economic recession but surprisingly everything took a different turn point when the COVID-19 took place.
E-commerce rose to stardom as well as online services and platforms. Being in the sales industry ourselves, Konsyg flourished in 2021. We can say it was by far the best year we had and 2022 is turning out to be great as well.
As many saw success during the virus outbreak, some saw vice versa due to poor strategies and trend adaptation methods. Konsyg took the chance to break into the market while studying trends and people. The struggle was worth it and if you ever ask our team if we would go through the tough process again, we would say YES a hundred times.
The path was not all roses. We experienced various problems from horror clients to difficulties in the adaptation to the new phase. Konsyg’s highly valuable move in 2021 includes leveraging automation. We decided to spend some time in the year investing in automating tools to increase the efficiency of many processes in our organization.
Despite, advances in technology and automation, we ensure our sales team is equipped with strategies and trending methods to gain warm leads. Konsyg’s method of training an individual includes providing a time frame to do actual sales. For example, before hiring a salesperson to our team, we advise the individual to sell a product and understand the difficulty behind the process in order to excel in our company.
Konsyg focuses on the idea to act fast and go global to penetrate the market. Correspondingly, 2021 was a success when we managed to crack the code in achieving warm leads during tough times. Overall, the year was an experience that was filled with lots of learning, regrets, and gratefulness. To more fulfilling years, Cheers!
